[Tccc-providers] CDA AMNESTY RENEWAL

The Renewal Amnesty Program allows anyone who has earned or renewed a CDA in the last 10 years to apply for Renewal, even if the CDA credential has expired. This means that if your CDA has a credential date of January 2002 or later, you are eligible to renew.

Renewal Amnesty lasts from March 1, 2012 to December 31, 2012.
