Below, you will find information about an NAEYC survey being conducted by Kellogg as part of a study about what motivates people in the field of early childhood education. Through support from the W.K. Kellogg Foundation and the Goldman Family Foundation, NAEYC is conducting a national research campaign to learn what motivates early childhood educators to make decisions about their careers. This NAEYC-supported, third-party survey will support NAEYC's strategic goal<http://capwiz.com/naccrra/utr/1/ILHYUFGSPW/DSXVUXTULW/10905348871> focused on promoting an early childhood education profession that exemplifies excellence and is recognized as vital and performing a critical role in society. As members of Child Care Aware of America, we invite you to participate in this important study. This initiative will help to expand the breadth and depth of existing higher education options for those seeking to become early childhood professionals, and enhance how those individuals are recruited, retained, trained, compensated and supported.
