[Tccc-providers] Constitutional by-laws for CCE Oneida

Good afternoon,

Cornell Cooperative Extension Oneida County is required to review and update its constitutional by-laws. A committee was formed at the beginning of the year to update this document. It has been pre-approved by the Director of Extension at Cornell Extension Administration and the Board of Directors of Cornell Cooperative Extension Oneida County. Minimal formatting changes were made as well as a change to the time and location of the Association's annual meeting. It is proposed to move the annual meeting from July to the fourth quarter of the year. This will allow more time to prepare financials and reports that are required to be presented at the annual meeting.

Voting is open to all persons interested in the work of the Association. Ballots must be return by September 9th, 2016 to CCE Oneida, Remi Link, 121 Second Street, Oriskany, NY 13424. You can also fill out, scan and send back to me via email at rl368 at cornell.edu<mailto:rl368 at cornell.edu>.
