[Tccc-providers] Herkimer CCE workshop

Good morning....I saw this in a newsletter & thought it might be something you could post for parents or that some of you may be interested in.....

Herkimer...Cornell Cooperative Extension (CCE) Herkimer County will be sponsoring free workshops on saving energy in the home on Tuesday, February 9 and again on Wednesday, February 17 at 6:30pm.

Each attendee will receive three free CFL bulbs (while supplies last). These workshops are through the EmPowerTM New York program which offers valuable tips for homeowners on lighting, heating, electronics, insulation and appliances which can save you money.

Each workshop is the same and will be held at the CCE office at the COR Properties Business Park at 5657 State Route 5, East Herkimer (directly across from Massaro's Florist).

Although free of charge, you must pre-register no later than the day before each scheduled workshop by calling the CCE office at 315.866.7920 or emailing herkimer at cornell.edu<mailto:herkimer at cornell.edu>  Space is limited so please register early.

On a personal note, I will be out of the office for the month of Feb and while I am gone, Richelle Singer has agreed to fill in for me. Her extension is 226 and her email is rfs35 at cornell.edu<mailto:rfs35 at cornell.edu>
