<p class="MsoNormal">With sincere regrets, we are postponing the November 15<sup>th</sup>, 2012 videoconference on
<i>Emergency Preparedness</i>. The devastating impact of Hurricane Sandy on so many of our child care programs in the lower part of our state has made it much too difficult for our providers to attend this important training. A new date will be set soon. Please
