Dear Directors,
I have a quick question for you. During the early morning and late evening hours when your staff are arriving and departing, do you combine age groups of children? At the end of the day, we usually have the children combine since there are only a few children left by 5:15. This way we can start to let staff go. I was wondering if this is common practice in area centers.
