[Tricountydirectorsgroup] Advocacy and an Article: She-speaks-Wang

We are currently arranging advocacy visits to local elected officials and I
want you to know that any and all are invited to join us. If you would like
to have your children create some art work to give our representatives, that
would be a good way to remind them of the importance of these budding minds
and the important role you play in shaping them.

 

So far, we have 

Wed. Feb 11 @ 11 a.m. mtg. w/ Sen. Dave Valesky's staff person Megan Titus
(he's not available himself until mid-March) in Syracuse ofc

Thurs. Feb 12 @ 11 a.m. Assemblyman Bill Magee in Oneida office

Friday Feb 20- RoAnn Destito in Utica

Friday, March 6 @ 1:30 p.m. Assemblyman Dave Townsend (first available date
they had) in his Sylvan Beach office (the Westmoreland one is closed) 

We are awaiting word from others.will keep you posted.
