[Tricountydirectorsgroup] Early Learning Guidelines for Infants nd Toddlers

Hello Everyone,

I did a previous mailing of this to people in my data base that I felt might
want to attend this meeting.  I did not have the complete list of Directors.
After talking with Lorraine I was able to access this Directors listing.   I
hope some of you can attend.  I do know that a few of the Madison County
Directors are going to Glenda's Meeting tomorrow in Syracuse.  This was  a
request made by Evelyn Efinger at the Early Care & Learning Council (AKA the
NYSCCCC).

 

 

New York State is currently creating Early Learning Guidelines for Infants,
Toddlers and Threes. The Region 3 Infant Toddler Network has been asked to
hold Focus Groups to obtain feedback from people working with children,
infants through threes, with respect to early learning guidelines.  We'd
like to get a wide range of feedback, including daycare center staff, family
and group family providers, day care center directors, early intervention
specialists/therapists, trainers that provide training to providers, Early
Head Start, professors that educate about early childhood education, etc.
Attached is an invitation for the Focus Groups.  Could you please send this
on to anyone that works with children or providers in the field?  When doing
so, if you can CC me on the email, I will know who to send future
invitations to.  Thank you for your time.
