[Tricountydirectorsgroup] follow up to Feb 16 Director Meeting

Thank you so much for this opportunity.  I would like to add the topic of "motivation"  as I didn't feel it was covered as much as I had hoped.  I would like to suggest that the meeting take place in a room with a "round" table rather than classroom style.  I think it would help people get to know one another and facilitate better discussion.
