I think that this is a great idea.  I would love to hear more what other centers have done in regards to policies about some of the subjects we talked about.

Subject: [Tricountydirectorsgroup] follow up to Feb 16 Director Meeting

At the meeting on Feb 16th, there seemed to be some interest in "Information
Sharing" among directors and since you rarely have an opportunity to do that
I am hoping to facilitate this opportunity for you.

This past meeting was about personnel management so there were a few
identified issues related to personnel, such as cell phone use, dress code,
and use of social networking such as Facebook, etc Some of you had policies
and some did not. Would you be willing to share what you have or the process
you followed? Perhaps we could develop a list of policies, issues,
successes, etc. (which would become our agenda) and then ask members to
share what they have developed or have done that was successful. I am sure
there are other issues that you could identify related to parent engagement,
regulations, etc, as well.

Also, I was contact by a woman from Canastota, who is interested in coming
to speak with this group about Kindermusik's ABC Music and Me curriculum. We
could have her scheduled to come after the 2 hr info sharing portion and
those who want to hear about this could stay.

I am going to send out a survey of potential dates in March for a follow up
meeting of the Tri County Directors. Even if you were unable to attend the
February meeting, we hope that you will be available for one of these dates
in March. (looking at the week of March 22)
