It sounds like the majority of folks want the Monday or Wednesday, so I may not be able to attend the meeting. However, I would love to look at the resources you mentioned and can do that anytime.

materials for directors and one has to do with motivation so in addition to
bringing it up at the group “sharing” meeting to gather ideas from your
colleages, you are welcome to borrow that from our lending library

Thank you so much for this opportunity. I would like to add the topic of
"motivation" as I didn't feel it was covered as much as I had
hoped. I would like to suggest that the meeting take place in a room with
a "round" table rather than classroom style. I think it would
help people get to know one another and facilitate better discussion.
