[Tricountydirectorsgroup] TRI COUNTY DIRECTORS follow up meeting

We have only recvd responses from 7 people thus far in regards to the follow
up meeting of the tri county directors group. Just a reminder that this is
for directors to have a "Show and Tell" of their own...a sharing time to
help each other in discussing and addressing issues related to personnel.
Please plan to attend if you have policies and practices you are willing to
share, including motivating your staff, annual evaluations, reprimanding,
dress code, cell  phone policies, confidentiality statements, use of
facebook (including the use of children's names in their posts as has
happened in the past)or want to discuss any other topic of interest, please
respond ASAP. This gathering will be more informal (circle style) to
facilitate discussion and getting to know one another.

April 7
