Syracuse University has decided to open up one day of its nationally known Quality Infant Caregiving course free to local child care providers and practitioners.  The day will provide 7 hours of high quality training that meets NY State OCFS requirements.  Here are the details:

 

The Quality Infant Caregiving Day will feature presentations by Dr. Alan Fogel, Professor of Developmental Psychology at The University of Utah and Dr. Alice Honig, Professor Emerita of Child & Family Studies at Syracuse University

 

When:  Thursday, May 19th, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm

 

Please bring a brown bag lunch.  Coffee and juice provided.

 

Where:  426 Ostrom Avenue (a white building across from Thornden Park)

 

Parking:  Free at Booth Garage

 

Pre-registration required.  Call Amy Pangborn at 443-1715 to register and arrange parking.
