I am attaching a survey related to the Child Care Subsidy funding and its impact on our local child care facilities. When compiled I think it will help us to give an accurate picture of the impact of subsidy funding on children, families, facilities and the local economy. We can use this to educate elected officials about the importance of renewing and expanding funding. 
I have two staff members going to the NACCRRA Symposium and "Day on The Hill" in Washington DC, leaving March 6th. We also have to plan our local visits with elected officials and can use the data at those meetings.
Once you enter your answers, just save it to your computer and then attach it to an email back to me.  
So, if you will, please consider completing the survey by Monday, Mar 5th
