The Central Early Childhood Direction Center (ECDC), located at the Madison-Oneida BOCES campus, is currently competing for a CNY85 Giving Project Grant award to fund our Steps & Stages Developmental Surveillance Project.  The Steps & Stages project will provide area health care providers with information, resources, and training necessary to identify children 0-5 with developmental delays or disabilities.  Right now, fewer than half of the children with developmental delays or disabilities are identified before entering school.
 
With limited budgets, we are seeking your support since this Grant will be awarded based on the number of votes each project obtains. You are allowed to vote 1x per day from June 1-June 30. Please forward to friends, colleagues, parents or anyone with a vested interest in early childhood development.
 
Please support our efforts to ensure children in Madison County don't miss out on their chance for early identification and treatment.
