I am pleased to invite you to A Good Night's Sleep: Helping Parents & Children Develop Healthy Sleep Practices.  Please see the information below or the attached flyer for more information about this free workshop.

The Institute of Medicine of the National Academies recommends that health and education professionals be trained in how to counsel parents about their children's age-appropriate sleep durations as part of early childhood obesity prevention efforts. The Madison County Living Well Partnership is pleased to bring Gretchen Kinnell of Childcare Solutions, a highly effective trainer recommended by Liz Crofut of Madison County Head Start, to help our staff learn about healthy sleep practices for children and how to help parents achieve them.
