I am attaching the 2011 child care needs assessment and report as well as a feedback form. I think I may have provided the report to some or all of you previously, but I did not include the feedback form. If you could take a moment out of your busy day to provide us with some feedback on the document, we can utilize what we learn to improve the report for 2012.
If you know of any one (community planners, grant writers, administrators, etc) that I should send this to, please let me know.
