I had it on my to-do list to send you all a note of appreciation this morning and here it is almost noon already! So, I stole this...because it accurately reflects the deep sense of worth we all feel here at the Child Care Council for the important work that you and your staff do each and every day. Thank you for your dedication to children and the love and caring you invest in our future. Thank you for being committed to higher calling because Lord knows that it isn't the big bucks you are after! Thank you for being a jack of all trades (and master as well).

One last call for nominations.....if there is any of your colleagues or someone in your own child's life that you want to recognize, please access the form on our website asap. We have received (*and awarded) Friend of Children awards to bus drivers, coaches,  kindergarten teachers and Sunday school teachers too so it isnt just child care. It is anyone who is a Friend of Children. Please join us in recognizing these unsung heroes!

Finally, please just know that we do appreciate all that you do
