PreventObesity.net and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention are hosting a webinar to discuss how community programs across the country can use the August 2012 Vital Signs Report to compliment effective walking to school and create environments to increase physical activity.

Speakers: Dr. Joan Dorn from CDC will discuss the information presented in the report, and will be followed by two panelists from Iowa and Montana who will discuss the experiences their organizations have had encouraging walking in their communities. The webinar will be moderated by Robert Ping from Safe Routes to School.
