ALL THE NEW CRIB
STANDARDS GO INTO
EFFECT SOON!

Two mandatory standards for cribs, 16 CFR 1219 and 16 CFR 1220, were published December 28, 2010 by the US Consumer Products Safety Commission. ALL CRIBS in child care facilities must be compliant with these two federal mandatory standards by the deadline.

THE DEADLINE TO HAVE ALL CRIBS REPLACED
IS DECEMBER 28, 2012

You must replace ALL cribs of ANY type by December 28, 2012 to be in compliance. NO CRIBS manufactured prior to 2011 are compliant with the new laws.
