and this is our very first e-mail! The Thea Bowman House has been serving low-income,
at risk children and families for over 25 years. We currently serve over 300 children
ages 18 months to 18 years. The Bowman Bulletin will serve as a platform for keeping

Recent Changes

We're very excited to announce a new addition to our team. Alyssa Spina is our new
Communications and Technology Coordinator. Alyssa will be helping the Thea Bowman
House broaden our reach through expanding our social media presence, providing support
in Public Relations and Community Outreach, and keeping our website up-to-date.

Fundraising Event: Italian Night Pasta Dinner

Save the Date: January 26th from 4-6:30pm.
Our event is a fundraiser to create a scholarship given to the children of low-income
working families, so that they may benefit from our programs such as free Pre-K,
 day-care, or teen programs. The event will include local food such as pasta, greens,
meatballs and sausage, and more, as well as local entertainment including the Whitesboro
High School String Quartet and local musicians. In addition, there will be a 50/50
raffle, framed professional pictures of Italy for raffle, and Kristen Copeland from
