Although there is supposed to be a need, we do not seem to enroll enough students because parents who previously needed day care have lost their jobs. The issue for us this year was that we had a number of single mothers who were attending school (community college) but were ineligible for day care assistance because DSS was not paying for those parents who were going to school.__</FONT></FONT></P>
