please complete the attached RSVP card or email me to notify me with how many people will be attending as well as your dinner selections. </font><span style="font-size: medium; line-height: 18px;">Dinner </span><span style="font-size: medium; line-height: 16px;">tickets
are $25 per person, $20 for college students with photo ID, and $15 </span><span style="font-size: medium; line-height: 18px;">for K-12 students. </span><b style="font-size: medium; line-height: 18px;">Reservation deadline is Friday, May 23rd, 2014. </b></font></div>

2.5” x 5” in size. Ads may be submitted </span><span style="line-height: 16px;">as text-only, or can be scanned into the program as is (allowing for children’s </span>artwork to be part of your ad). We welcome children’s artwork as part of your ad, as in the
past, nominees have enjoyed being honored with artwork from a child who has benefited from their caring actions.</font></div>
