<p class="MsoNormal">WBNY’s Workforce issue group focuses on state policies and strategies to address critical issues impacting the early childhood workforce; specifically to increase compensation and to improve access to effective early childhood professional

<p class="MsoNormal">WBNY has identified as one of its priorities to work towards improving early childhood professionals’ compensation and access to benefits. To inform this work a survey has been developed to gather information on current compensation and
